Refund Policy

ReadAlong PDF is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@readalongpdf.online from the purchase email and include the order reference. We do not impose a usage limit on this 14-day policy.

What happens next

Approved refunds are processed through the merchant of record identified on your receipt, and timing depends on the original payment method. Your paid license is revoked when the refund is confirmed; your local PDFs remain under your control and can still be deleted in the app or browser settings.

Statutory rights that provide a longer or different remedy are not limited by this policy.
