Refund Policy

ReadAlongPDF.online is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@readalongpdf.online from the purchase email and include the order reference. We do not impose a usage limit on this 14-day policy. It applies separately to the V1 purchase and every voice top-up. Using some or all included voice does not reduce your full refund, and we do not deduct generation costs.

What happens next

For purchases through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), approved refunds are processed by Creem as merchant of record under the Creem Buyer Terms. Timing depends on the original payment method. Refunding a V1 order revokes that license and its unused included voice allowance. Refunding a top-up removes only that order's unused allowance, not your reader license or other top-ups. Your local PDFs remain under your control. Separate top-ups do not confer a reader license; contact support if you also want to refund those orders. Every eligible order retains its own full-refund window.

Separate TTS payments

This policy covers your ReadAlongPDF.online purchase. Payments you make directly to a TTS provider, including prepaid credits and usage charges, are governed by that provider's refund policy. A refund from ReadAlongPDF.online does not automatically refund those separate payments.

Consumer rights

If built-in voice is permanently discontinued, unused paid allowance is refunded as described in the Terms of Use. These closure rules do not replace your 14-day full-refund right.

Statutory rights that provide a longer or different remedy are not limited by this policy.
